Jordan Tata’s Career Has Hit a Wall–or Door

Bad puns make me happy. Detroit Tigers semi-prospect, Jordan Tata, punched a clubhouse door following three consecutive outings of horrid pitching in a spring to forget for the pitcher, breaking a knuckle in his pitching hand.

“I don’t usually do things like that,” Tata told the Detroit Free Press. “The last three outings all came to a head at that moment. It was stupid. I wasn’t thinking.”

Wasn’t thinking that he needed his right hand to pitch? That’s fine. If the Tigers cut him, he always has a job waiting for him at Zumaya Moving Company.
